Business Bay Skate Park – New Skate Park in Dubai

I have recently started skateboarding and its really fun and I am enjoying it, This article is not about my skateboarding experience (which is not really great at the moment 😛 ) but this to let the Skater around Dubai know that there is a new skate park here in Dubai (which is my first skate park though).

As per my knowledge there has been only three skate parks in Dubai – UAE, they are

  • The Rage Indoor Skate Park
  • Al-Mamzar
  • Tashkeel’s Skate Park

Well guess what, here come the new Skate Park, the 4th skate park in Dubai (as per my knowledge), which make all the skaters “Wooooooooooohaaaaaaa”

The Business Bay Skate Park – Dubai [BBSP]

The park is near the Business Bay metro station, 15 – 20 min walking distance, and you can skate all the way to the park its kind of cool, and the park is dragging many skaters since its in a easy to access location, there are many skates from kids to pros. It is a concrete park with pies and ramps, also they are building skate lanes for the skaters to ride.

I think the BBSP is good for beginners, and I have seen few amazing skaters doing some fantastic tricks. And it’s a place to meet those guys and learn more of skateboarding.

I did not really think of writing a blog about this so I did not take much photos, after I came home I thought it is better to write about the BBSP since I could not find any articles regarding this.

    Thanks for posting the exact location of this sk8 park! Well done! Will visit soon… The one in Taskeel is really nice for vert, there is a half pipe, ramps and a cool bowl.

    Will visit the sk8park. Is there any sk8park nearby shafarr DG JLT or Dubai Marina Metro Station… If you ask me.. as a skater, all place in Dubai are skate spot :)… already a week in dubai but have not seen any sk8ter
